Our final resolution negotiation track record with our carriers matches or exceeds many of our peer and larger competitors. Our claims management team is led by industry veterans who focus on providing excellent customer service.
Michael Dubyk, VP, Operations
Mike Dubyk has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining CCS, Mike held various management, consulting, and technical positions for major national insurer including Metropolitan, Providian, AAA-Mid Atlantic, Great American and Nationwide. During his career, Mike has managed many regional and national claim offices. He also has a strong background in business development, customer service and claims resolution management. Mike is a graduate of LaSalle College where he was the manager of the college’s Division I varsity basketball team.
Mike is married, has two children and lives in the Philadelphia area. Mike is active in the Pennsylvania District of Kiwanis International where he has served Lieutenant Governor of his district. He has also served as President of the Cheltenham Hook & Ladder Fire Company #1. Mike is active in his church and high school sports, enjoys traveling with his family and an occasional round of golf.
