Claims Reporting As the best choice for claims needs, we are pleased and excited to present yet another way for our clients to receive the world-class claims service that they have come to expect through the introduction of on-line claims reporting. Clients reporting claims on-line will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader. 4.0 or better installed on their machine. or higher installed on their machines. The latest version of Acrobat Reader can be downloaded from www.adobe.com at no cost. Reporting a claim on-line is easy. Just click on the claim form link, complete the form, and click "submit". Depending on the speed of your connection, it may take a minute for the form to load. Additional documents such as police reports and drivers' statements should be faxed to 215.355.5702. In addition to our on-line reporting, we will still accept your claims by fax at 215.355.5702 and by phone at 215.355.5700. |
